"This property is absolutely beautiful! We didn’t want to leave. The inside is decorated beautifully and so clean. It had everything me, my husband and 2 children needed. But the outside is the best. We lived in the back yard our entire stay. It is a peaceful oasis and again it has everything you need. We can’t wait to go back."

"Coral Beach Cottages is, in my experience, a unique and wonderful place to visit. The four units are far back from A1A and almost hidden from the outside world, right on the shore of a beautiful stretch of the Fort Pierce Inlet. The units are clean and well equipped. One can eat meals in or visit a number of nearby, nice restaurants. There’s a small beach and a nice pier for fishing or enjoying the view."

Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. There is a hole in the wall just above the couch that is the size of a coffee can. The wall in the dining room is fractured and falling apart. The closet in the master bedroom has mold on the ceiling, the bathroom is missing one of the sliding glass doors (and the one remaining one wasn't clean), the white binder that tells you about the area falls apart when you...

"Was really dirty. The fans were dripping with dirt/dust and worms in the very moldy bathroom. Had to cut it short. The whole place smelled like a sewer."

"Somewhat basic decor but kitchen, bath and bed were all more than adequate. Very close to wonderful choice of beaches. Lots of fishing opportunities. We enjoyed the stay and are planning a return trip."

"Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"Our cottage was dirty. It had a bad odor. The air conditioners were dirty and moldy. There was a mouse which we caught in a trap. Laundry room was totally inadequate. There were gaps between the boards in the floor where you could see to the dirt. The owner was not helpful or nice! She was rather nasty, in fact. The pictures were like glamour shots. Not what it really looked like. I took pictures that show how it really looked. No one would be enticed by those pictures. Avoid this place!"

"Units need a lot of work."

"First off, we have used vrbo and homeaway several times. We have always been happy with the quality of the properties and tend to overlook minor things. This one you can't ignore. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around, the floor in front of the commode looks as if you could easily fall through, palmetto bugs, completely rotted sink base in kitchen, rotted exterior unlevel floors etc. etc. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Don't go."

"Great location and comfortable accommodations. We particularly appreciated access to the extensive array of beach equipment/toys and the private pool. The cleaning crew which we used every other day) as also terrific. Overall, a wonderful venue for our multigenerational family reunion!"

"Had a wonderful stay with my husband and cousin from up North. We came to visit my elderly Mother. The house was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed , very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to visit, cook out, get great rum runners to go from the jetty lounge and sleep great in the comfy bedrooms."
