"It was like your own apartment, well equipped room with a kitchenette, table to eat at, sofa (futon) and bed, bath & nice closet area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice area close to water, quiet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet little getaway!"

"We had a great stay at The Haven. Cottage was adorable and the grounds were so beautiful. Owner was very friendly and showed us around. The pool area and pool house were very nice as well. "

"We had our small wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful. The house is amazing! It is one of three townhouses next to each other. Lots of stairs which is good to know for older folks.The cleanliness was so impressive and everything we possibly needed was there.Just gorgeous!"

"I am requesting a refund for my reservation at Sebastian Garden Inn & Suites due to the unacceptable and unsanitary condition of the property. I had booked a 4-night stay, but I was only able to remain for the first night because the room conditions were so disturbing and no other hotels had availability that evening. Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room type (two twin beds) even though my reservation clearly shows an efficiency room with one queen bed. I had to provide proof of my booking before the front desk corrected the mistake. Once moved to the second room, the conditions were shocking. Both rooms had a strong moldy odor that made it difficult to breathe and impossible to feel comfortable. The bathroom was filthy, with visible rust, grime, stains, and unsanitary buildup on the tub fixtures, drain, and sink hardware. The shower was in such poor condition that I felt unable to use it at all. The sink area and fixtures were dirty and deteriorated, and the cabinet beneath the sink was stained and unclean. The refrigerator and air conditioning unit also appeared neglected and unsanitary. In addition, the exterior of the property and parking lot were in poor condition, creating an overall impression of neglect and lack of cleanliness. I have photographs documenting these issues. The conditions were far below any reasonable standard for a hotel advertised on Expedia and did not match expectations for a safe, clean, habitable stay. "

"What a great place to stay! It was amazing to sit on the dock, by the pool, or on the deck and see the wildlife. So relaxing. Loved having the kayak available. We enjoyed grilling by the pool and spending time with friends in the pool and looking out over the water. The host, Katherine, was super friendly. She is very dog friendly and didn't mind when my brother brought his dog over. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. "
