"Great location for a relaxing getaway! My wife and I really enjoyed fishing off the dock every morning and watching the beautiful sunsets each evening. The home is very well kept, and the bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, which was a great convenience.We did have an issue with the AC not working when we arrived, but the host was extremely responsive and had a technician onsite within an hour—even though it was a Sunday. The issue was fixed quickly, and we really appreciated the prompt response and excellent communication.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing getaway!"

"Been going to melbourne beach for the last 10 yrs. Last year the place we usually go to was sold. Found this place by whites bait shop and it was awesome. Stayed for 14 days.We saw dozens of turtles, manatees, sting rays nurse shark and so much more.We also surf fished and caught catfish,pompano and whiting.Would love to go back next year"

"This is a beautiful place with all the details covered. The decor is gorgeous, lots of little things taken care of. We lacked for nothing. Easy beach access on one side, pool on the other. Lots of room. Kitchen, linens, water things well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. The location is way out of town which was not a problem for us."

"A listing. Great location, amazing host and wonderful property! This home exceeded our expectations. The property owner was proactive prior to check-in and very receptive during our stay. As others have said, the property is very well equipped. I don’t recall a rental having everything we needed and more. From cookware to beach supplies, we were covered. I could have saved a lot of car space if I paid attention to what was available at the home. Beach chairs, tents, etc were all there.Things the owner couldn’t help…no-see-um’s and mosquitos. This time of year in Florida, it’s bad. We learned to dress accordingly and spray down with deet if there was no breeze. Also, the majority of the week had high swells on the beach but on the last day things calmed down enough to swim in the ocean. A nice side note, sea turtles were every where. At any one time we could see 2-3 heads popping out of the water. We also had a few mothers come up and lay each evening as seen by evidence of their tracks, the next morning. All together, we can’t recommend enough the place and can’t wait to return!"
