With a cozy living room featuring a pull out sofa, a well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and amenities like AC and a fitness room, this enchanting property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this condo is the perfect home base for your trip.

Highly sought gem in a tranquil yet fun community that has everything to offer. Enjoy looking over the beautifully maintained golf course off lanai with sounds from the crashing waves of the ocean just a few steps away. New beautiful main pool with tiki bar serving hot food. Brand new on-site restaurant with 2bars. 2 other swimming pools. Enjoy a round of golf, (9 hole), tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, or small basketball court. Brand new gym with state of the art equipment.
