"Great stay for a work show up here. The property staff were friendly and accommodating. I received multiple clear communications about check-in and check-out that made our experience very smooth. Facilities are clean and well kept. No major concerns or issues. I'd stay here again."

"This hotel is under new management. They have not a fantastic job renovating it. There is a great deal of attention paid to every detail by the manager. The rooms are very clean The beds and the linens are very clean and new they have coffee makers microwaves range in the room. The manager pays personal attention to almost everything that goes on in that property. I do not believe that any location is 100% perfect. Every place has room to improve. We got a decent deal for the hotel for our stay. We specifically reserve this resort so that we could enjoy the hot tub. We did enjoy it for the first evening that we were there and then the hot tub broke for some reason and we were unable to use it for the rest of our trip. That said I will 100% go back. That should tell you how I feel about the property."

"The staff was amazing at the front desk and in the water park. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits& gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several different bread options. The water park might consider allowing adults in after 9pm especially for the hot tub and lazy river. "

"There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived at 7:00pm. Rang the bell and someone in the back yelled " Be right there" with what sounded like a mouthful of food. Check in went normal and i said thank you as she handed us our room keys but she said nothing in return. Breakfast was so awful. The coffee tasted like the pot hadn't been cleaned in years, it actually tasted moldy. There were what seemed like microwaved scrambled eggs and sausage links along with waffles for hot food. There was a cooler with a couple small containers of yogurt and nothing else. The apple juice and orange juice were both empty. The also had some assorted breads for toating and some baggies fo donuts or donut holes which seemed a few days old. Checkout took a bit of time as the attendant was outside smoking when we arrived at the desk to check out. "

"We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit."
