"Great property. Had private cabins for all the 6 families in our group. The pool house is the game changer, everyone spent most of their time here except for sleeping at night. Great place to hang out while the kids were having fun in the pool. Pool is well maintained, clean n warm. Outside grill and sit out place attached to pool house is amazing, enjoyed the nature while enjoying the hot food from the grill. Everyone in the group said it was such an amazing experience, never stayed in a spacious property than this"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a few things to consider. First the “6 acres” is really only about 1 acre and the rest is a very large/steep hill that is not safe for small children. There are no air vents upstairs at all. We went in March so it wasn’t too terribly hot but it definitely gets much warmer up there. The neighborhood is quaint, neighbors are very nice and friendly, the amenities were fun and entertaining. Might consider that there is only 1 fridge for a very large house so not super easy to fit a weeks worth of groceries for 10 people. The host was incredibly easy to work with and responded promptly. "

"Beds were comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub, only thing was internet only worked 1st day then wouldnt work but we just streamed movies from our phone and were busy out and about anyway. "

"This home exceeded our expectations. Loved the views of the mountains and the hills as well as having deer come up to the home. The home was very clean and stocked with yummy coffees and some chocolate candy. The home had everything we needed. The Host, Donald, was very communicative and made the whole process easy and efficient. The kids loved having their own rooms. Great location and easy access to Ruidoso. We would absolutely stay here again!"
