Only minutes by car to Destin and the well known Crab Island. One 47" Smart TV W/ Basic Cable. 24" smart TV/ front bedroom/No Cable. Board games, umbrella and four beach chairs in closet. This condo is in a very good location. The beach and restaurants are very close. We walked to the beach in 3 minutes. The owner was great to reply to my questions. Very clean condo which was very well stocked with needed items. Highly recommend!

The location was exactly as described online, and upon arrival we found a clean tidy, neat and functional space. It was a comfortable week spending in Florida with amenities close by within walking distance, and Destin being just a short drive away. I will make every effort to rebook this property again for my next trip to the Florida panhandle.

PERFECT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL CONDO INSIDE, EASY ACESS

The condo is located close to great restaurants and the beach within walking distance, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and plenty of seating areas, loved our stay here.

We loved where we stayed! Super friendly locals close by and walking distance to the beach. Our property owner was awesome with keeping information available to us and made the trip check in/out process super carefree. We can’t wait to book again!

Fall Break Family Vaca

We had a great stay in Joyce’s condo! It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. Located right across the road from a beach entrance and very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Home away from home!

This place is beautiful and super cozy you feel right at home here! Joyce was such an amazing host and helped with some last minute accommodations we will always book with her if possible. Also close to some very good restaurants and the beach is right across the street!

We stayed in Joyce’s condo because our friends got married directly across the street, It was cozy and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend, and the restaurants next door were amazing.

Best comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you could use, super nice to have beach supplies as well! Only down side is there is not a washer/dryer.

The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was also very comfortable and I really appreciated that. The restaurant’s were within walking distances and the staff were super nice! We had a great experience over all!!
