Note to Our Valued Guests:

SunDestin Beach Resort has recently undergone a major assessment and condominium restoration. During this time, many changes occurred quickly, and unfortunately, we did not always have sufficient time to properly assess or respond to every situation. Some guests booked early in the assessment process, and we regret that we were unable to address certain issues in a timely manner. Compounding this, our family also experienced a personal loss that required our immediate attention.

Additionally, some reviews on the VRBO site were based on temporary conditions during the renovation and do not reflect the current state of the resort. We are pleased to share that SunDestin is now fully operational — the pool and spa are open, and resort amenities are available.

My family and I recently stayed in Unit 309 for a few nights. While there are still a few minor restoration items being completed, we had no trouble enjoying all the amenities and comforts of the resort.

The current nightly rate reflects the final stages of restoration at SunDestin Beach Resort. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for considering our beautiful beach condo for your stay.

My family of 4 had a great time. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. 3 mins from room to beach. Would definitely considering retuening again and suggesting others too.
