  • Congratulations!!!! You have finally found one of the best units at PELICAN BEACH RESORT! Nicely decorated! New Flooring throughout the condo in 2023!

    Just for You, Your Family, and your Friends!

    Unit 1408 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. No streets to cross! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo is decorated with Beautiful furniture.

    The kitchen has cabinets with soft closing drawers, beautiful granite countertops, a gorgeous glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The Lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

    Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet (100 Mbps) is available in this unit and throughout the resort. This is an upgrade!

    Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

    The living area has a new 70-inch flat panel TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player and a queen sleeper sofa!

    All new kitchenware - pots/pans, plates, glassware, and utensils! Regular and Keurig coffee machines!

    The GORGEOUS & Beautiful Master Suite has a King size bed and a 40-inch flat panel TV with DVD and Blu-Ray Player.

    AWE, THE VIEWS!!!!! The balcony has four chairs and a table for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our stay was amazing! We are a family of five and there was plenty of space, the room was spotless, we had everything we needed, the view was to die for, the beach was perfect, and the owner answered anytime we had questions. Incredible view and beautiful property!

We came for a weekend trip and the condo is stunning! So close to the water, it looked like you could just dive in from the balcony! The beds were comfortable, had everything we needed, was very cozy and clean. Owners were great and very responsive! Highly recommend this condo and will be bringing my kids back! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at Pelican beach resort before and it is one of our favorites. We would stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to check in a couple hours early, which worked out perfectly because we ended up checking out early due to Hurricane Helene. The communication was great and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. We recommend this condo to anyone staying at Pelican beach.

Destin vacation

We stayed in this condo for seven days. It was clean, cozy, beautiful balcony and well supplied. We had no issues during our stay. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. It’s within walking distance to some restaurants and Uber is available if you don’t want to rent a car. We would definitely book again!!

Beautiful Condo !!

This was our first VRBO and first time to Destin. The whole experience was wonderful. The condo manager, Yavuz, sent us detailed instructions about the resort and condo a week before arrival. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony over looking the beach a favorite along with included beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Will stay here again.

Lovely condo

The condo was great! Everything seemed very clean. Loved the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The only thing i didn't like was how crowded the beach was for the pelican. But it's a big condo, so that should be expected.
