Welcome to “Family Tides,” a beautifully remodeled four-story coastal retreat designed for easy, memorable beach vacations along Scenic Highway 30A. With a private pool, spacious outdoor living, Gulf views, and plenty of room to gather or spread out, this home is ideal for large families and groups. The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the home. Guests can relax by the private pool, enjoy the tiki bar and TV, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, and gather for meals at the outdoor dining area with seating for 12. A convenient half bath on the pool deck makes long pool days even easier.
Inside, the home offers multiple living spaces across four levels. The first floor includes a king guest suite with a wet bar and custom walk in shower, making it a great option for guests who prefer fewer stairs or extra privacy. The second floor is the main gathering level, featuring an open living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, a dedicated ice maker, and plenty of seating at both the kitchen bar and dining table.
The third floor features the primary king suite with a private balcony and spa-style bathroom with a large custom dual head walk-in shower. This level also includes a queen guest room, a bunk room with trundles, a shared remodeled bathroom, and the laundry area. The fourth floor offers a bright ocean-view family room with a wet bar kitchenette, mini fridge, sofa sleeper, TV, and access to a panoramic balcony with lounge seating. This level also includes a queen bedroom with balcony access and a remodeled Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.
