  • This 2 bedroom property sleeps 6 adults. Located less then a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge. The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC.
    Need additional room or want to vacation with family and friend? Ask us about adjoining unit availability. This building features multiple adjacent properties that are almost identical and we can accommodate large groups who would like to stay together in the same location.
