Great location and view of the ocean!
This place met all of our needs and the location and view out our patio was amazing. Close to good places to eat, shops and grocery store. Liked the "family" atmosphere of the place. Was clean and very comfortable.

Great condo
We had a lovely time here. It was one of our favorite condos we have been to and would absolutely rent again if we return to the area. The views from the patio are great. The condo is very clean, beds/pillows are very comfortable. It was really nice to have beach chairs/toys available to borrow. Our kids loved the huge bathtubs. Waterscape is very clean. The beach is close and the pools are wonderful. It would be nice if they heated all of the pools in the cooler months.

Great Vacation!
This was a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect and so clean. Check in could not have been easier. We were on the second floor and taking the stairs was a breeze. When we did take the elevators checking in and out they were a breeze also. Our grandchildren loved the pools. Our view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing trip with our son! The condo was beautiful and had wonderful ocean and pool views. We came down for a baseball tournament for our 9 year old and several of the team families stayed at Waterscape. The on-site Tiki Hut, pools, and hot tubs were all fantastic! Our condo had everything we needed and lots of information beforehand so that we knew what to expect. Beds slept great and the location was just perfect! Will definitely consider this place again!

Perfect Family Vacay
This condo is perfect. There’s a clear view to the beach and the ocean from each room, so you can see dolphins in the mornings, ocean waves during the day, and sunsets in the evenings. The location is also perfect - easy access to the pools and the beach, and it conveniently is equipped with 4 chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and a cart that’s easy to drive on the sand. We loved our stay!

So glad you enjoyed the condo and that our cleaning crew was on point as usual! In January we replaced all cookware including pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silver ware for brand new high quality dish-ware. They are only about 3 months old. The entire condo also went through a renovation in January with new built in headboards, new flooring throughout, and the powder bath was completely redone as well. We have also replaced the water heater for a large 80 gallon tank and full sized washer-dryer tower. You can imagine the expenses this year for us! All stove burners work very efficiently and so does the stove. We sure do thank you for the opportunity to host for you!

Perfect Winter Get-a-way for the Family
This Waterscape condo rental was perfect in every way. Very clean, spacious, close to pool activities, parking was easy, great communication with owner and very relaxing for the holiday week. Our family had a great time in warmer weather (visiting from Ohio). The hot tub and heated pool were the spot to be. Restaurants are close by and was very easy for us to navigate around the area. We definitely want to visit again!

My family and I have been coming to FL for years for summer vacations. Over the years, we have stayed @ numerous condos. This was hands down our best experience. We had an amazing view of the ocean, the condo was clean, easy access to the ocean and pool, and a painless check in & check-out process. My family and I loved the family friendly environment and enjoyed the different themed nights (glow night, fireworks, movie night @ the pool). Additionally, Kendra had amazing communication throughout the booking process and ensured we had all needed information and was easy to reach if we needed anything. I would highly recommend booking A202 you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Condo and View!
The condo itself was really nice. It was clean and the beds were super comfy! The view is one of the best on the property. We loved hanging out on the patio (the furniture was perfect). You have a great view of the ocean but also you can see some of the pool area. It was perfect for our family (mom, dad, grandma, son 13, daughter 11, son 7). We loved all the ceiling fans in all the areas. Everything inside the condo was very clean and well-maintained.

We stayed in this condo for a week. We could not have asked for better!! The cleanliness, the view, the condo size and decor, the list could go on! It is quite a walk to get to the room from anywhere you can park but I’ll take it for the beautiful view we had at the end of the beach side. Kitchen is well stocked. Appliances were good. Beds are amazing. There were a ton of beach toys and chairs on the balcony, even an umbrella and 2 beach wagons. I HIGHLY recommend this condo if you are traveling to the area. Kendra, the host, is also very friendly and easy to contact.

The condo was super cute and the location was the best part! I would highly recommend staying here, the only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 stars is because the dryer was not usable while in the condo. It made a very loud screeching noise that could be heard in the hallway outside. That was a huge bummer but it really limited using the dryer and you have to wash towels quite frequently. Kendra said they are in the process of replacing it, so once that happens the condo will be the perfect place for your vacation!!

That is correct, Summer. Indeed, we are waiting for our new washer/dryer to arrive. In addition to brand new washer/dryer appliances.. we took it a step further and upgraded the washer and dryer to a FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER for our guests to be able to utilize. Perfect for Family
This property was everything stated and more we had hoped for our 2 yo granddaughter’s first beach trip. Parking was plentiful and allowed easy access to the unit. And there was room enough on the first level to leave on the car top carrier. Check-in was simple. The unit was spotless, roomy, and very well equipped. Two bedrooms with their own en suite and balcony access made it easy to share with two couples. The adorable bunk bed alcove was a real treat for a two year old. Adults or big kids could easily sleep here. A door/curtain might be a nice addition to this area. We did not use the fold out couch. If I had known all that was there for children, we could have not packed several things…pack and play, beach shade tent, sand toys, games, even a surprise Bubble Guppy doll in the deck box! Rather than renting, we used the provided beach umbrella and chairs. A little extra work but the beach cart made transportation easier. The beach has full ramp access. If you’re not there for the kids, you may not care for this place as the facility is a kids water heaven. Our 2 yo loved the zero entrance pool and the toddlers splash park. There were “big kids fun areas as well as hot tubs and quieter tucked away full sized pool. With a two yo we ate-in most meals in the well equipped kitchen. Publix is within a couple miles. There are at least two delicious restaurants across the road and a board walk just a short walk up the beach with several restaurants and shops. Our 2 yo made the short walk across the street to the ice cream and putt putt business. She gave the experience a thumbs up. We did not go, but there is also some sort of ocean animal experience a short walk up the beach. This units location gave beautiful ocean views, and the second floor level made travel to the pool and beach easy. I would definitely recommend this place for families with children, and if you want grandparents, sharing is easy! Loved it and will definitely use again.

This is our favorite condo at waterscape. We have stayed several times and it never disappoints. So clean! Fun games for rainy days and fully stocked kitchen. Also, all smart tvs so great for kids and movie nights. Love renting with Kendra! She is great with communication and truly cares about her clients. Looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing property and a great host! Condo was gorgeous and very clean. Property was also well maintained with each morning people out cleaning and working on the beach and pool areas including the grills. Kendra was super fast with answering any questions. Everything we needed at the condo. Great beach cart and chairs as well as toys. There was a pack n play, iron and laundry hamper as well. There were good family games and several fun books for all ages. Beach was beautiful 2-3 ft of water very clear for a while made me feel safe with kids. As there aren’t a ton of floors we never had to wait long for an elevator. Also plenty of luggage carts. We didn’t have to go looking for one or wait. There is one heated pool which we used a lot since the weather was in the 70’s most of the week. Beach was a bit crowded but we went spring break week so we were expecting that. We brought our own canopy and set it up first thing in the morning so we were right on the water and the beach never felt crowded to us but I think if you waited until late you may have had some people in front of you. Beach service was super helpful and even helped us pull our wagons a time or two although we didn’t rent from them. Pools were amazing but because it was cooler we mostly used the heated one. Overall beautiful facilities with a great manager who was quick to answer any questions and keep the place well stocked and clean. I highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing family vacation!
This was our first vacation as a family, and our 1 year old had a blast. The views were gorgeous and the beach was breathtaking. Definitely the most beautiful and clean beach I've ever visited. The property was very nice, but the lazy river was not operational (looked like they were retiling, not sure when it will be done.) The main pool was being filled, so we did not get a chance to swim in there. But the heated pool was great! The condo itself had everything we needed, and was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the views were stunning. There were lots of beach toys which was nice to take to the beach. Overall we loved our visit and can't wait to go back in warmer weather and do more swimming and hopefully get into the other pool and lazy river! Kendra was so easy to communicate with and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for sharing your place with our family! We made many memories that will be cherished for a lifetime!

Beautiful condo with an even better view!! We had a great week even though the weather was less than ideal :( Condo was very clean and comfortable so that made it super nice to lounge in while we were waiting on the weather to clear up. We did have some issues with the internet/cable (which made for some bored kiddos) but Kendra was super quick in helping us out. We definitely got our use of the board games provided. The beach chairs and beach cart were honestly better than the rented ones because you could chose a better beach spot. Don’t be afraid to venture off the beaten path for restaurants. Some of the best ones we tried were hidden gems not highly advertised.

This was a beautiful condo. Very comfortable and clean. Gorgeous balcony view. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets available. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. Very nice beach cart and beach chairs, lots of them, in the condo for use as well as some pool/beach toys. The pools and lazy river were awesome as well! Overall an amazing vacation and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed here at Kendra’s condo in June of 2021. Very seldom can you take your family on a vacation and find the perfect condo, with a perfect view and the best owner/managers. This condo is perfect! We’ve stayed in luxury cabins, condos but this one stood out in every category. The condo is decorated with wonderful taste. Everything in the condo was super clean. The location of the condo to the pools and the beach couldn’t be any better. This condo is so nice even the patio has the best chairs and table to sit and have coffee and enjoy the view. Every detail was covered! The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing! Kendra was very nice. We don’t know them personally but having travelled and used Vrbo in the past I would say they are very good people and want really want their condo to be perfect! 10 of 10 :) Dwayne & Rebekah S

Best Location
This condo is in one of the BEST locations at Waterscape. Every morning you can sit on the balcony, facing the beach, and enjoy the view while drinking your coffee. You also have a side view of the lazy river and swimming pools. Being on the 2nd floor made it to where you didn't have to wait for an elevator to go to the pool or beach, just simply walk down one flight of steps. If you did need to use the elevator, it was conveniently located near the condo. If you have children this is the condo for you. The week we were the beach was "double red flag" so having the option of all the different pools was perfect (we had a 5 year old and 6 month old with us). This condo was absolutely PERFECT for our family vacation. I couldn't have asked for a better setup than the way this condo was laid out. Having 2 king size bedrooms with their own large bathrooms, each having a tub and shower, made it to where we didn't have to wait and "share" bathrooms. There is a half bath that also came in very handy for my nephew who slept in the bunkroom. The kitchen had every amenity you could want or need. The dining area has a large family style table that seats the entire family. Kendra has taken great care of the condo and it is beautifully decorated. Walking through the door it felt like home, and not a "rental". Kendra is the perfect host and very accessible. It is everything her description says and more. I will be reserving this condo again for our next family vacation.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was beautiful, clean and decorated nicely! Everything we needed was there. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler bag, beach bags etc. Games and dvds for rainy days. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and linens were pretty good to! The pools were amazing! And the view was beautiful! Communication with Kendra was great and check in/out was so easy! We can't wait to come back!
