Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this rental was perfect! Location, layout, everything we could ask for was there! Peaceful and very private! We ranged in age from 60's to 5 years old and we could not have been happier! Seafood and ice cream is within a short walking distance, who could ask for more? Rental was spotless, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. I would definetly rent this again! Check in/out went perfectly! I requested a box fan and 2 new ones were delivered at the door within a couple of hours. It just doesn't get any better than this! We will be back!!!

I do think the couch and chairs could use a cleaning and a new area rug in the living area. The toaster did not work. I really felt at home there and would rent the space again. Thank you !

The facility was Great. Great view, wonderful kitchen, Great sleeping beds. The gentleman receptionist at the facility is wonderful. He helped us a lot.We would suggest the property overview let quest know they need to bring their own beach towel and condiments.The shower soap dish fell off in one of the bathrooms. The facility manager responded quickly. It would have been good if the maintenance person would have sent us a text letting us know they were coming. We knew they had been in the facility because the soap dish was gone and needed additional repair before it could be reinstalledThere is no doubt we would rent this facility in the future. Again, Great view, easy access to the beach, it was very clean, well supplied with dishes,pots and pans, silver ware, lots of space for competitive games of dominions and cards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We deeply enjoyed our stay! The condo was very up to date overall and well apportioned. We had no problems whatsoever. We've stayed in lots of vacation condos and this was near the top overall, all things considered. We have gone to Destin in the past. Ft Walton was a bit quieter overall and most things were very convenient. The one thing to know is that the bridge near the resort will be under construction for the next several years. It was a minor issue most days, but if arriving on Saturday at 4pm, traffic is terrible. Take the early arrival option if you can!

Everything felt new and clean- and Legacy was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond via text when I couldn't find the garage code. Otherwise we didn't need to contact them because everything was pretty great. Highly recommend.
