Crystal clear water with pearl white beaches. ~ 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' No streets to cross!!!
Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / Dryer located in the unit for your convenience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! If you’re looking for a very clean condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! Great place for a wedding on the Beach

Fantastic Seafood restaurants many places to eat all kind of food varieties.
McGuires has fantastic Prime Rib and daily Specials that are just amazing and Great prices. The Sea food there is so amazing best Fish I have ever had.

Girls beach retreat

Lovely condo steps from beautiful beach! Beach chairs/umbrella came with rental! Nice, well-stocked kitchen! Comfy king bed and great bunks! Two nice patios with chairs!

Our family enjoyed some time at this rental over winter break. Although it was a cold week to be at the beach 😬lol, we had the best time! Felt very comfortable staying here, easy and quick access to the beach, as well as great access to other restaurants and attractions! Thank you!!!

Love Sharon's Beach Cottage

Everything was great! House was cleaned. Short walk to the beach, pool in the back and parking right in front. Could not have asked for a better place. Hoping to rent her cottage when we visit Destin again.

Our new favorite spot!

The condo is a great space for a family/small group of friends. It’s convenient to the beach, and the umbrella/chair service makes it perfect to grab a towel and head to the beach. Check in/out and communication with the host we’re quick and efficient. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back again!

Nice location

Condo has a terrific location. Beach access is steps away & the harbor is just a short drive. The pool is small & surrounded by the condos. Mrs. Claxton was very accommodating, had great communication & didn’t even charge us a pet fee.

Quick Getaway

A very spacious 1 BR condo. Wife thought the lounge chair was the best she's ever used. Great location on a road that ends only a few blocks away thereby limiting traffic. Master BR door opens directly to the pool. Beach access right out the front door. Convenience mart about 2 blocks away or less.

Very pleased with the place. Went for our 33rd anniversary. Looking at coming back for Christmas. The gulf coast is so much better that the beaches we have in Jacksonville, no comparison

Great place

Very nice place, perfect for my husband who has ambulatory issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. FYI, it is not handicap accessible to the beach. We had to drive next door to the public access to borrow the beach wheelchair, but it was very manageable. Hope we’ll be able to return next year!

A Perfect Escape!

Sharon's place was the perfect way to escape and relax at the beach. The location on Fort Walton Beach is perfect—it's further away from the giant complexes of much of that area so the beach isn't too crowded. It's also close enough to the beach that it we easily went in to the condo for lunch and work breaks. Sharon was quick and responsive to all questions and her place was clean and everything we'd hoped for! I would definitely stay here again on another trip!

Paradise at the beach!

This is the perfect place for relaxing. The beautiful beach is only about a 100 yards away. The condo is very clean, has a great king size bed and the owner is very pet friendly which brought a lot of extra joy to our trip. Parking is very convenient. The hostess, her daughter and son-in-law are very good in helping you if you need anything. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!
