This 3 bed 2 bath is like new with a covered carport, TVs on the Front and Back Porch! The back porch is covered and screened in! The back yard has a large patio with a gas grill and your own white sand beach play area surrounded by synthetic grass for laying in the sun, chipping golf balls or having a barefoot picnic! Inside this cottage has brand new bathrooms and updated kitchen with 2 icemakers in the fridge and an extra fridge on the back porch! Rental comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes you can ride to the grocery, ferry park to play disc golf or run the track, there are 3 bay beach access areas all with in walk or bike distance! This home is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood! You can walk 1 mile to the end of Bay street and see the Wednesday night boardwalk or Thursday night Destin HarborWalk FIREWORKS All Summer from memorial day to labor day!
