The Hot tubs, New Marina and BBQ pits are right below your two balconies. This is a 1 Bedroom with Bunk Room and 2 baths Penthouse condo on the Bay side of Destin West. The roof-top terrace, has all the Bay views mentioned in addition to Gulf and beach views across the street. The new designer style Sleeper/sofa and lounge chair in the living area will maximize your comfort and relaxation during your stay. There are TWO private balconies that offer sights of this special vacation area...including the Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Both floors have very comfortable patio furniture. What a great one-destination vacation spot. Free gym with full amenities is included. Free Wi-Fi, a separate washer and dryer and nice upper patio furniture. Oh...did I mention the new Private Marina that goes out some 400 ft into the Bay (fishing permit included with the condo) to Fish or just wander around, its great entertainment for you and your family.


There are large HI-def flat screen TV's with DVR players in both the living room and master bed room. The bunk beds area also have their flat screen TV with built-in DVD player for the kids to watch their favorite movies. A thick separation curtain offers added privacy for those staying in the bunk beds. A full size separate washer and dryer is also provided inside the condo. The bedroom furniture is classic and very comfortable while the living room is bright and inviting. The new sleeper sofa in the living area will make your experience most enjoyable. Comfortable dining for 6 is no problem on the dining table and bar chairs.

The views from the roof-top floor blow away the condos on the lower floors. You get there by a spiral staircase on the living room balcony that leads up to a private rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the Gulf, Bay, distant sand dunes, etc... it is just perfect for a family getaway!

An elevate walk way provides safe walking access over highway 98 to the beautiful sugar white sand beach and the amenities associated with the Destin West Gulf property. These amenities include a state-of-the-art work out facility, the largest swimming pool on the island, a smaller partially covered pool that is heated in the cooler months, and a hot tub, are all included in your stay.
No other resort offers private beach access, bay access, 10 pools, an award-winning lazy river, full access to the restaurants and Tikki bar at The Island Beach Resort, and a marina!

All of our guests have access to both sides of our remarkable property! An elevated walkway bridge connects the gulf side and bayside, making it easy for our guests to travel back and forth!
Destin West beach and Bay (Caribbean style resort) is one of the newest and most unique on Okaloosa Island. In the middle of a lush, tropical landscape (bay side) is a lazy river ( the longest in the area) with a zero entry pool and 2 hot tubs. And the beach doesn't get over-crowded near our resort because the resorts aren't packed on top of one another like other parts of Destin.
