    This vacation rental includes a master en suite, two guest rooms, bunk room with trundle bed, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Proper was beautiful. Plenty of pools and a lazy river. Easy beach access with a sky crosswalk which was very convenient. Wished there would have been a closer smoking area for my husband and more towels in the unit. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable the unit was clean and the views were amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love staying here. This condo had new flooring, which was nice, furniture beginning to show age as well as wall paint. But still a wonderful place to stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time but there were a few issues we encountered. there weren't any face cloths in any of the bathrooms, the outdoor furniture and indoor furniture was old and worn out (uncomfortable), there wasn't enough luggage carts to bring up our luggage to the 6th floor there wasn't any kitchen towels had to purchase some.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome family vacation and made some memories. I stay there several times with my brother n law and always have a good experience. This condo had a beautiful view and plenty of room. I was disappointed with the old rusty dishwasher and finding peoples undergarments under the bed. Also my daughter bathroom had a leak in it. The day we check out, the maintenance guy came to install a new dishwasher. I just wish it was a little cleaner. The internet did not work for 2 days. They work on it twice and they got it to work. I will be back next year also. In fact, I told my girls we will do this ever year. So we see y’all next year. I love this facility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs a little updating but overall works very well for us. Mattress in master definitely has indentations where everyone sleeps. Outside furniture needs to be updated as well. Will be back next year!
