Downtown and Beach Adjacent Home in Neighborly Part of Town

  • Don't spend your time driving around looking for things to do! This house is a short drive or cheap Uber from downtown shopping, dining, bars and music, and the sugary beaches of Okaloosa Island! Skate park and rec center in this neighborhood as well! Park your boat in the large front yard if you like. The back yard is huge also, and great for supervised pets and kids. (There are a few weak spots in the fence so pets must be attended.) Coming soon, we will have a game room in the garage with a cool selfie mural! Check the photos to see if these updates are ready for your trip! Please note we do have a security camera on the front door. Please accurately report guest count and pets.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash to the curb Monday night. Recycle to the curb Thursday night. Cans are on wheels. Roll down the driveway. Very easy.
Start the washing machine with sheets and towels. (Soap provided.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pick up after your dog. Help avoid flies in the house. Your security deposit may be affected if we have to do it for you.
No gathering outdoors after 9:30 pm. The rest of the neighbors are not on vacation. Quiet time after 10 pm.
No smoking on outdoor furniture cushions. Please use the chairs with no cushions while smoking. Cigarette burns will affect your security deposit.

Amazing Property

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here while in Fort Walton for the week! It was conveniently located to everything. Had everything we needed for the week. Host was very responsive and made the stay easy! Definitely recommend!!!!

Great trip!

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and it was a perfect place for us to stay for spring break. We had a couple issues, but they were quickly dealt with by the owner. Just a few minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach was also just a short drive away.

We loved this little home in Ft Walton Beach. Great location with tons of stuff to do nearby. We really appreciated the book with all of the recommendations. Everything was very clean when we arrived, the king bed and pillows were super comfy

Great property

My family took a quick, last minute trip to FWB & this was a great place to stay. The kids loved that they had their own rooms & the beds were comfortable. The location was great & the house is so cute! The host was very responsive when we had questions & had awesome recommendations for restaurants in the area. We will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property and host!

I cannot express how accommodating and nice our host was, she always answered my questions and messages within a timely manner. Not only was she nice, but the property was clean and the house was very nice. I could not have asked for a more comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in this area!

Pet Paradise of Ft. Walton

This property was quite, clean, and close to the Destin / Ft. Walton attractions. Property manager was very flexible with our plans and quick to respond. House was stocked with everything we needed from an awesomely cool AC to salt and pepper shakers for cooking. Yard was spacious for playing with our dog. Would highly recommend to stay here again!

Comfort and convenience

Loved the cottage. Extremely comfortable bed and livingroom furniture. Backyard was a real plus. Our dog and cat loved it - chasing squirrels. Owner was helpful with tv operation as well as pointing out activities and sights we might enjoy
