Frannys FUN Florida Cottage is a nearly 100 year old Cottage that has been modernly updated and located in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach! At the Foot of the New Brooks Bridge taking you to okaloosa island and gulf of mexico beaches. A stones throw away from Publix, Waffle House, and beach liquors. This modernized Cottage will be your favorite place to stay in Florida! You can also rent the BIG ROOM and the SUITE located on the same property for an unforgettable time!

Anniversary Getaway

It was our first time coming back to the area since our honeymoon 8 years ago and we were charmed by the cottage. Very clean and cozy and close to everything. It was the perfect little getaway!

Great location, near boat ramp

We came for a 3 day getaway to meet up with friends who were also staying in the area. We loved our little cottage. Had everything we needed. We brought our boat and there was ample space to park it. Boat ramp was less than 5 minutes down the road. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back for sure!!

Loved it!!

The cottage was so nice! We brought the boat and launched right down the road, took maybe 15 minutes to get out to Crab Island from there. Loved that there was an outside shower to rinse off the salt water. The Publix being right next door was a major plus too. Would most definitely recommend this cute little place to anyone wanting to stay close to Destin.

First time to florida

We were extremely happy with our stay in frannys fun cottage. After exploring the area in the hot sun it was nice to come back to relax in a nice air conditioned cottage. Property manager even gave us some ideas on place to eat and a gift card to their favorite place in the area! Could not be any happier with our visit. Will definately be back!!!

Just book it!

This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊

Franny’s Cottage

This place was so dang cute! It is perfect for two people and so charming. The owners are very nice and quite prompt to respond to emails. This cottage is located right behind a little shopping center that has a liquor store, Publix grocery store and a Waffle House. It was everything we needed during our stay. You are right by tye bridge so it is very easy to get to the beach and activities. All the reviews I read were spot on. We loved our stay here. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Cottage in the perfect location

We were blown away by this beautiful little cottage. Every detail and thoughtfulness didn't go unnoticed. Right in the heart of Ft. Walton. Easy access to everything you need. It was super clean, the host left sweet local treats and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again on our next trip! Thank you for everything! :)

Convenient and cozy

Everything was close by and we enjoyed the gifts very much. Would book again but there really should be a microwave in the unit and curtains on the front. The headlights and motion sensor floods were annoying when watching tv and trying to sleep.

Nice little place

House was super clean and homey. Wonferful check in and easy check out process. Owners was nice and friendly and even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant. Perfect little house for couples, only about 15 mins from destin beaches, easy place to get around. However i always leave recommendations (not complaints) We felt the shower inside needs a shower wond for easy rinse off, and bedroom could use some sort of A/C. But again recommendations, it was still a great home. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great location and very convenient. We had a great time. We were able to drive less than 3 minutes to the beach. Everything you need is available at the house. I would recommend to the owner to get a bigger fan for the bedroom or Ac unit in bedroom.
