Perfect little vacation

Our family of six had the best time! Thank you so much. Beach and pool access were just a few steps away, perfect for excited kiddos! The private patio with a dining table let us enjoy the stunning ocean view with every meal. We would recommend and would definitely book again.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. To walk out of the bedroom and into the kitchen to see that view was the best! The elevator and stairs were so close to the room that it made getting to the beach even easier. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything You Need

Obviously the view was amazing. But what really impressed me was all the little things provided that you might not think twice about. Pizza pan, crockpot, makeup mirror, boogie boards. We stayed for a week and we never had to make a last minute trip to the store to buy something because the condo didn’t have it. The amount of thought put into it was really considerate. We would definitely stay again. <3

The view

The view was fantastic. The location was great. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress not good on that. That sleeper sofa mattress needs to be replaced. The light in the laundry room needs to be replaced. The dryer is a hazard, the vent is not good. I had to vacuum out a lot of vent and sand. There is a major issue there, but other than that it is a pretty condo.

Nice for the price

I really enjoyed the location, we were like 200 ft from the beach. Upon arrival you could tell it was not deep cleaned. There were dirty footprints anywhere someone could have their feet (walls, coffee table, bar stool area). The mattress in the bedroom needs replaced. I saw where they used a mattress topper to correct the problem but it just needs a new mattress. It’s like there is a hole you fall down into and you sleep ‘V’ shaped all night. The dishwasher was the biggest thing for me. Its gross. Full of mold & just nasty.

Pretty Wonderful with some Good and Minor Bads

Everything was clean. There was a beeping sound we couldn't figure out, but it turned out just to be the Dishwasher. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side and stayed somewhat warm throughout the night. But there was a box fan in the closet that helped. The bed is a Queen, but the sheets were a King and didn't stay in place. Other than being small, the mattress was comfortable - very soft though (I liked it, my husband prefers sleeping on firm beds). We couldn't figure out how to get the sound on the living room TV to work when using the Cable, but made do with Netflix. Being on the 2nd floor, the unit overlooks the pool and walkway to the beach...Directly. So don't walk around in the buff, if that is your style, lol. Thats enough about the unit itself. The location of the unit was nice for me (pregnant). Did not have to walk far to get to an elevator or the beach/pool entrance. You do have to deal with more noise being near the elevator and pool area, but it did not bother us too much. We loved that beach chairs were included in the stay but watch out for ones with tags (those are paid for and rented separately - considered 'reserved'). I wouldn't say that anything negative really influenced our enjoyment of the property. It was just minor things that we got used to and moved on. :)
