It was a good condo. Beautiful beach views! Very nice condo! My only negative is .. ants in bathroom and kitchen; please update shower head and change filter in refrigerator.

Peaceful Getaway for Two!

Great Place and Beach

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool and access to the beach were perfect. I should have done my homework and we ended up having to use an Uber more than we wanted to to get to places to eat and shop, but that is on me. The fold out couch could use some updating as it wasn’t very comfortable. But overall, the stay was fantastic and would definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway

Property was as shown. Clean and well equiped. Check in & check out a breeze! We especially liked that there were extra towels(both beach & bath) & complimentary beach service! The only thing we didnt like was how loud the air conditioning unit is, but not sure theres much that could be done about that! Overall, a great getaway!

Unit 2M was prefect!

The room had a ceiling fan that was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The pool was cool and that is something we arent use to. Typically it is warm. There are only 10 steps to pick your cart up to male it to the beach. Major plus for us. The singing cleaning lady made my day with her singing. Overall we will definitely stay at Island Echos again. Love everything about the condo.

We downloaded the app and rented last minute after a very disappointing arrival at a destination I booked on another site. My wife and kids were delighted at the cleanliness and upkeep. It was like a different world from what they thought I had surprised them with. Totally bailed me out! And it was an even better price!

Excellent location

The property is amazing! Love this location and location of the unit. The unit itself really needs some updates. The fan and light over the dining table had to work together--We couldn't turn off the fan without turning off the light. There is also a problem with tiny ants in the bath and kitchen. It needs new furniture on the balcony. The iron chairs are too low and not comfortable. But we loved this location and being on Okaloosa and you can't get any closer to the ocean that here!

The unit looks exactly like the photos. Needs a decor update and some little fixes that would make this a 5 star property. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. No condiments, including salt and pepper. The kitchen appears to have been updated (except stove) nicely and was very clean. Lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. Comfortable bed and nice linens. A few beach towels available. Could use a rack for drying towels and suits. A few books and games available. Elevator was convenient. I would suggest going out early to get a spot on the beach with umbrella and 2 chairs. Must rent additional beach chairs. Overall unit is ok. We weren't in the room much so we could live with the small fixes needed. I would stay at this unit again.
