This beautifully remodeled 5th floor condo has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, glasses, plates, flatware, basic appliances and cookware and a Keurig coffer maker. Enjoy the gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, barbeque grilling area, complimentary beach service (seasonally) and well equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. Beachfront Vacation

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. The unit could use a few updates/repairs..but nothing that would keep us from renting it again. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of family gathering space and enough space to go relax alone.

The condo was clean and comfy. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the front bedrooms to block the lights from the hallways. The dining room chairs need to be replaced, the seats are broken in 3out of 6.

Property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to pool and beach. Had a great time. Construction was going on, so fairly loud from about 9am to 5pm. But since it was so late in the year, much later than I've ever been to FL, I figured it was fairly normal to have upgrades, etc being completed since it's basically after their tourist season.

Long weekend

A very nice condo with plenty of room for a family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped for preparing a meal which we ate out instead. It has a big gulf front balcony with a great view. My only complaint is the washing machine sounds like a jack hammer on the spin cycle. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Very Nice Unit and stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We love the decor and color inside the unit. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. My only item I’d request is a blender in kitchen. 😉 We will definitely consider staying here in future. My only con if I had to pick something would be the swimming pool down below can get loud into late hours of night but that comes with territory.

There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot of construction going on and we had routine pest control come during our stay as well, but EVERYONE from the construction workers to maintenance to pest control were extremely kind and courteous. The condo was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering booking for next year as well. 😊
