Great view from the balcony, clean, roomy, everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and never felt too crowded. Only down fall was that the beach chairs are included but you can't reserve them the day before without paying for it.

Great condo

Great location. Close enough to Destin but not in a super crowded busy area. Condo was right next to the elevator but we didn’t have any problem with hearing noise from people going in and out. Short walk to the beach and perfect view off the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved that there was a gate code to the pool/beach so not overly crowded!

Nice Location

Condo showed its age and could have been a little cleaner, but nothing overly concerning. Elevators had some issues during our stay, maybe time for an overhaul. The Good…Condo is in a great central location to local attractions and restaurants. View from balcony was amazing, beach was clean, chairs and umbrella service with stay was a nice plus!

Excellent condo and property! Could have a bigger sign on the road. Drove past it a couple times. Plenty of parking. We used 2nd level parking. Much more spacious. Bunk beds are noisy, but kids like them. I’d book again.

Pictures are accurate. Nice location. Communication could have been better. Apparently there was a problem with email. The couch is pretty worn. The patio door needs to be greased. Its extremely hard to open and close. All other rooms were great. Nice to have covered parking.

We’ve been going to this place for 15 years and always loved it! They were working on the building this time and it wasn’t a bother to us! Only one bother to me was the hot tub was not taken care of like usual! Usually it all is very clean and working properly but not this time! I guess they will be doing upgrades on that also later! Overall a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this condo. The view was amazing and my favorite part. The King size bed was comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. I loved that the unit had a washer and dryer since you do have to bring your own beach towels, so we were able to wash those to use for the pool. Pool was heated (we came beginning of March) the hot tub was broken our first day and sadly was scalding hot the rest of our week so we were unable to enjoy that. I loved the beach set up that we were able to use daily, it was a huge plus! The location and beach were perfect. The unit had ample towels and was kept clean, shower did have what looked like some mold starting around one of the seals but still clean. The fridge did have a water filter with ice maker but the light to change the filter was on so not sure if that was just on our stay or all the time(we did not use it though because of this) The only real negative was some of the dishes were not clean, so we would pre-wash before using anything. Also not a lot of closet space for luggage but these few things were not dealbreakers. If given the chance we would definitely come back to this unit/location.

Beautiful Emerald Coast View!

Great views! Will be very nice when all the construction is complete. Very nice area for museums, attractions, etc. Not too crowded at the end of April.
