This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, blackout draperies, and large private corner balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and a smart TV. Twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Half Bath in Hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

Outstanding Stay!

We recently stayed here on our family vacation, the condo was clean and welcoming. We loved everything about it from the amenities to the beach access. Had an issue with the bedroom door not closing, I contacted the property manager and it was fixed within an hour! Very friendly and helpful staff. This was seriously the best experience I have ever had at a vacation rentals/hotel stays. I highly recommend this condo!

Florida Vacation 10/10

Somehow I managed to pick the perfect beach and the perfect week, and all planned just a week ago. Condo was amazing and very homey, especially since the owner is from Kentucky I believe (based on the decor). Favorite bonus of the property was a deck box on the porch with all the beach extra items you could think of; umbrella, chair, sandcastle toys, kid fishing nets, etc. I already plan to stay here again, and will definitely take advantage of their pontoon boat rental they offer.

Property was neat and tidy. Our room was nice, clean and quiet! Fellow Kentuckians here, so we appreciated the KY decor! The bed was a little more firm than we’re used to, but it was fine. Tons of towels and beach towels in the room. Pool and hot tub were clean. Beach service was an added bonus! Quick response time with any questions we had. Check in and check out was super quick and simple. Would definitely stay here again!

The space isn’t very big but definitely enjoyable. The bed in the master bedroom is too big for the room IMO I bumped my leg on it several times, but the decor is very nice. It had lots of great extras! And the location is great. The view is nice. And the balcony is very big! You won’t get a beach set up up front it’s only for reserved guest or if you want to pay. The two chairs and beach umbrellas is far back from the water. The parking is good, but the elevators were out expect 1 that was far from us, so it was a huge walk to the room! I would stay again!
