This unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Great vacation

Condominium was neat and tidy as was the entire complex. Location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Great View!

The condo was clean, we loved the beachfront view. The pool was nice and the property manager was very responsive. They even brought us oven mitts. We will be back to this condo, and we highly recommend!

Great place to stay with family

Awesome views of the beach and very easy access. Unit very clean with everything we needed. Master had coastal view with deck access. 2 queen beds in kids room and another queen bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. One of my favorites was having umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day.

Oceanfront Paradise: Stunning Views, Fully Equipped Condo, and Convenient Amenities

This condo offers an absolutely amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom. The pristine white sands and vibrant emerald green ocean create a picturesque setting, complemented by lifeguards on duty. You will need additional amenities like dish soap (dishwasher pods provided), laundry, pods, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom provided). The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. I wish glass top stove cleaner was provided. The inclusion of two umbrellas and four chairs is an awesome bonus. Conveniently located dining options are within walking distance, and for those who prefer to cook, nearby stores like Sam’s, Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree are just a 15-minute drive.

Our condo was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect vacation!! We had large beds so it was set up perfectly for couples. That’s something hard to find as sometime it’s set for bunks for kids. We had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that was included and that was a perfect addition for our stay. When we go back we will definitely stay at Summer Place and hopefully 301. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

Great stay in great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised to find that our unit was available early on our arrival date. Located on the east corner of the 3rd floor, we had lovely views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the standard appliances, including a Keurig, which was nice. Our daughter stayed in the room right off the entry which was on the small size with a full bed, TV, and not much room to maneuver, but suited her sleep needs perfectly. Our boys shared the other bedroom with two queen beds and access to the shared bath. All the beds in the unit were amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio for the most part - our neighbors were smokers and usually out at the same time we were, but I think they were renters and not residents so this may be different for everyone. We really appreciated the four chairs and two beach service umbrellas that came with the unit as we needed the shade during our hot summer stay. The outdoor heated pools and hot tub were also used frequently by all of us and a respite from the heat since there are no shaded areas by the pool. The location was great too, as we were within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants and driving distance of Destin (10minutes). Clear water, white sands, and lots of sun in a great location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We have stayed a many condos over the years - this one was very cleaned, nicely decorated and had a great balcony set up. The beds were very comfortable. Legacy Vacations was very responsive to any questions we had. It was really nice that there was a Legacy desk on-site. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great location great condo

We came to FL for a wedding with some family. Location was perfect, the space was perfect, and everything was very comfortable and fitting for us. Kids loved the pools and the beach.

Lots of fun in Destin area

The view was amazing...we enjoyed the patio every single day. It was a quiet but close to things location...we would likely stay here again. We would suggest upgarding the washer/dryer and dishwasher.
