Everything we needed!

We had the best stay! The resort is perfect for young kids. It’s super easy to get to the pool and beach from the condo. And David was great at communicating! We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation

Very nice place to stay. We had a blast. A few reviews complain about being too close to the garage, but we didn’t have to walk far to unload our stuff and we were in and out a lot, so it was very convenient. I would prefer this spot over the others actually. It also has a great view of the splash pad and our little one spent a lot of time there. We will be back!

Pros: Good communication from owner, given code for lock when our unit was ready so we were able to go straight to our room. Nice view of the pool, great balcony with seating and a table. Right next to parking garage so that was very convenient. Pools were clean, beach service included 2 chairs and an umbrella. Unit was roomy with enough closets, washer and dryer and plenty of cookware and dishes. Cons: Needs a very deep clean and painting. Furniture was stained, mattress was very firm in the master suite. Floors were filthy. There was still sand on the floor and a piece of fishing line so it was clearly not swept and mopped well. I did contact the owner and he sent housekeeping out the next morning to clean again but it really didn’t help. There was water damage and mold on the wood floors in the living room. Several of the “clean” dishes in the cabinet were dirty but it might just be because the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well. Shower heads didn’t not have good water pressure, there was mold in the caulking in the showers. Overall, the resort was nice but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again or rent from this property owner due to lack of care/upkeep of the property.

We like the resort but was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It had a lot of sand and dust throughout the room. Also the room wasn't as nice a previous years. The laundry room was in the bunk room in not in the kitchen closet. Also bunk room didn't have a door therefore you had to be quiet as soon as kids went to bed in years past it had a door. Also one day they had three of four pools closed for a pump issue. I found that to be disappointing that they didn't have spares ready to go and replaced over night. Also the lazy river never worked the entire stay this year. We like the resort but was less than stellar this year.
