    Sealladh Mairi is a beautiful well equipped two-bedroom property located in the village of Caol, only 3 miles from Fort William town centre. Ideal for a couple or small family, it has two cosy bedrooms, one bedroom with kingsized bed and one twin bedroom, both served by a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The living room is both comfortable and cosy and has outstanding views over Loch Linnhe. On street parking is located directly outside the property.

    The village of Caol, pronounced ‘Cool’ lies at the northern shore of Loch Linnhe and within sight of Fort William and Ben Nevis. Within Caol you can find everything you will need. There is a supermarket located in the centre of the village, a pub serving food and some takeaway eateries. Caol has a beach where you can enjoy walks along the shore front with stunning views. There is a sea-level walk to the small coastal village of Corpach and the return journey can be made along the pathway of the Caledonian Canal. The walk is an opportunity to enjoy the views of Ben Nevis and to catch a boat or two navigating the Caledonian Canal. At the Corpach end of the walk there are shops and bars, and a bus to take you into Fort William.

    Fort William centre is within 2 miles of the village with all its shops, bars, restaurants, and amenities This route is part of the Great Glen Way. A regular bus service operates through Caol between Fort William and Corpach. Many people come to Fort William to climb the UK’s biggest mountain, Ben Nevis, which is part of the Aonach Mhor mountain range. Lochaber is renowned for its spectacular beauty, with wild mountains, coastal and inland lochs, and clean white beaches. Wildlife abounds, from red deer to otter, golden eagle to minke whale, and whether you are here to walk or climb the hills, fish the lochs, play golf on beautifully situated courses or simply tour the area on quiet, empty roads, you can be assured that there is no friendlier place to do it.

    Fort William is a very central place for visiting other popular tourist destinations such as Oban, Skye, Mallaig, Glencoe and other various attractions for the day.
