Charming older home.
Charming older house within easy walking distance of the high street shops and eateries. Very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was that Scotland was experiencing a heat wave and there was no AC, no fan and no way to really cool the room. Certainly not the hosts’ fault, but at least a fan would have been nice.

Hey William Thank you for your review. Strangely enough all rooms now have fans. I went and brought them last week. Unfortunately it’s not something we’ve needed previously. As you say it’s not our fault there is a surge in temperatures that we’re not use to. Maybe some hotels may have AC I’m not sure though for Scotland. Many thanksHayley

A lovely clean, very nicely presented B&B. It was very comfortable and we could fault nothing about our stay there . Hayley was really accommodating and we felt very relaxed there . We will be recommending Ashburn B&B to anyone we know who travels to Fort William .

Amazing location, stunning views, comfy bed, owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was delicious, little touches did not go unnoticed. Could not find fault - except we didn’t book long enough!!

Very nice stay with many personalised touches
Very very nice stay! Many personalised touches including breakfast requirements. Incredibly nice family and very comfortable room and stay on general. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Great B&B close to town

I absolutely loved my stay here! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect and the view from my room was gorgeous. The cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. There is not one thing I could fault about my stay. Would love to come again.

Excellent stay in Fort William
I can heartily recommend this de luxe B and B to anyone wishing to stay in the Fort William area. Superb view of the Loch from my bedroom window, comfortable bed, and the cooked breakfasts are just excellent! Hayley and Trev are a very helpful couple, and deserve loads of success with this venture.

Beautiful stay,everything spot on , we do 4 meaning ,1. Clean room.2 comfy bed,nice clean sheets and very good pillows,,a good nights sleep is a must when ur out trecking all day .3. good working shower,spot on heat ,good flow all the way ,very clean toilet sink and tiles , 4.top breakfast ,very good cook all fresh bacon egg sausage, beans and a whole tomatoe,black pudding ,pot of tea ,orange juice and coffee, you must stay here ,beautiful bread and croissants, view to doe for from the bedroom window ,room number 3 ,very loveky landlady ,husband and children . A stay here is a must ,we are very happy xx

Lovely location beautifully decorated but en-suite shower incredibly tight.

This is a lovely place. It's newly refurbished, spotlessly clean and super comfy. I had a beautiful view of the loch from my room. The shower was amazing. The hosts are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful details- I appreciated the little fridge for guests to use. Will definitely return here.

I was made welcome; the room was lovely with a view over the loch, a comfortable bed and a great shower; home made fudge in the room; delicious waffle with loads of fruit as my choice at breakfast. Wish I’d booked a longer stay!

If Carlsberg dad B&Bs this would be it. Just book - you won’t regret it. Breakfast was great, hosts great, location/view wonderful and room was recently renovated so comfortable.

Great B&B, highly recommend
Great B&B and lovely welcoming owners. Great location right on the Loch, safe parking, newly decorated rooms with really good bathrooms. Very Covid safe. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend if you are in Fort William

A really lovely B&B with views over the loch just a short walk to town. Our room was very tasteful and modern and the toiletries all lovely too. Nice little extra touches and a great breakfast to start the day. Very friendly and welcoming.

last Minute stay At Fort william
Lovely stay with fabulous view. Host was excellent and happy to help out. Room recently decorated and spotless. And you’re only 5-10 min walk from town centre to good choice of restaurants and bars.

Cute, friendly, parking, made to order breakfast
Super cute B&B in an old (massive) house that is ornately decorated. The delicious breakfast is cooked fresh, with some pastries and a great coffee machine. The hosts recommended a restaurant and were very friendly. There is a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking.

Fantastiskt välkomnande på Ashburn House. Rent och snyggt överallt. Skön säng, sköna lakan. Mycket god frukost, för att vara B&B. Och riktigt gott kaffe från kaffemaskin. Värdinnan mycket hjälpsam och service minded. Ett extra plus för den oerhört vackra utsikten från rummet. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
