I highly recommend Shelbeck B & B! The owner was amazing in responding to our requests and even presented me with a wonderful birthday package of a card, cupcakes and wine. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Large Room, Nothing Fancy
Our room was a great size, probably because we got a triple without asking for it. The bathroom was also a nice size & everything worked well. Our host, Ali, was very nice. Breakfast was continental with great fresh fruit but no meat or cheese. We enjoyed our stay.

really enjoyed our visit ,continental breakfast ordered night before for 8am arrived exactly on time nothing too much trouble, went out for day and there was an accident near b+b Alli tried phoning to let us know as the rd was closed which was very thoughtful, would def stay again

A lovely home from home and very welcoming hosts Very tastefully decorated and very clean. A little out of the centre of Fort William but just a very short car ride Ample parking and a lovely continental breakfast served in our room!

Excellent visit
Stayed here for a few nights mid week to explore Fort William and have a trip on the Jacobite. Ali was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room/bathroom was immaculate. Loved the continental breakfast which was delivered to our room.

Fabulous
Stayed here for one night but would definitely revisit when next in the area. Ali was so welcoming and friendly and our room was immaculately clean with a very comfy bed, and a nice table and chairs so we could enjoy our continental breakfast at. Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice to choose from. Freshly baked croissants were yummy! Could not fault our stay from start to end. Would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Fantastic B&B right next to Ben Nevis! Great parking, really clean and Covid secure, and the host was lovely! Would stay here again next time we are in Fort William!

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was like new. Upon arrival we were given little treat bags with choice of cookies. We had our requested delicious hot breakfast (bacon and eggs on buns as well as fresh fruit, yogourt, coffee...)delivered to the table in our room. Very friendly! Highly recommended!

The property was clean amd well kept, the proprietess was very nice, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable. Downsides were you could hear everything from inside and out, and the inn is right next to a busy highway. Also, the bath water did not get and stay hot, which was disappointing because the bathroom had a nice tub.

Was not good value for money. Spacious room but very dated. Cooked breakfast was good but cereals were poor - all sweet packets of cereals, a couple of over ripe bananas. No yoghurts or other choices.

Lovely stay at Shelbeck B&B
Shelbeck B&B was the perfect place to stay in Fort William. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and cozy. Ali was a wonderful hostess—we had some nice chats with her and she even introduced her dogs to us. Breakfast was delicious too. I’ll definitely choose this B&B when I’m back in Fort William.

Allie was a great hostess. The venue had everything updated bathroom and main room. Tight space but exactly what you need for a night's passage through Ft. William. Great made-to-order breakfast.

Convenient place for stop over in Fort William
We stayed here to break our homeward journey south. It was very convenient and easy to locate on road into Fort William. Very welcoming , a quiet room overlooking the garden, clean and comfortable with all we needed for our overnight stop. M&S Food outlet and Aldi store 5 minutes walk away or a short car ride into the town for more eating places. Nice cooked breakfast but not a lot of alternative choices. Definitely recommend this B&B and would stay again .

On the main street,but very quite for sleeping.Short walk to grocery stores,5min. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants. Good location to use as a base for area attractions, such as the Ben Nevis Distillery, 2 min walk. Owners are very friendly and can provide you with info on area attractions and restaurants.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was along the main road and a short 5 min drive to town. However, sound proofing was good as traffic noise wasn't an issue despite it being beside the road.

Good memories
We had a very pleasant one night stay at this well run B&B. The service from the owner was helpful and friendly, the property beautifully maintained and the room and bathroom were comfortable and spotless. The freshly cooked breakfast was lovely and we have the location is excellent for visiting all the things to do in Fort William.
