The bathtub area had a large crack in the shower wall that needs to be fixed. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable.

Everything was great except we ran out of hot water after the first bath others complained so they were calling in maintenance when we checked out

Love this place!
This is our go-to hotel every time we stay in Fort Worth. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and cozy and the breakfast is delicious!

The property was nice and clean and the staff was very hospitable, but the noise from the freeway was horrible. The trucks speeding down the freeway all night was extremely annoying.

We had an issue with the TV in the first room. Staff made arrangments and upgraded us to another room. Staff as always were friendly and accommodating.

Very convenient location off the free way lots of restaurants and groceries store around the area plenty if parking spots. The hotel is close to the free way and there no noise from the traffic if you're lite sleeper like me the air condition fan is little loud, I turned it off during my stay since is was fall weather temperature wasn’t issue.

quite satisfied
Check in courteous and efficient...room was quite comfortable...breakfast was better than the expected continental. The only negative point was that the sound insulation could be improved just a little.

The room was clean. The food was great. The only thing wrong was that the dead bolt lock did not work . I feel this is very important and if it’s broken, you should replace it asap! Other than that I felt safe and it was close to good food and shopping.

After confirming the reservation on the day of our stay, and telling them the approximate time we would arrive, which was 9 p.m., when we actually arrived at 9:30 p.m., we were told that the reservation had been cancelled due to over booking! So we had to scramble to find another hotel at a late hour. We had used Expedia. I think they have lost my business!

I can tell you that I would not recommend this hotel… The safety is very questionable!! I can tell you our room was left open unlocked for several hours.. when I brought it to their attention oh I’ll let the house keeper know for security.. I was told by the manager himself that guests were allowed to do anything in their car on the hotel’s property even if other guests felt unsafe that it wasn’t my business that they could drink alcohol in their car if they wanted to… Someone came as I called them to walk us inside the hotel as I felt unsafe.. I called inside the hotel manager came out verified those guys were guests.. The last day left with 2 phones and we had 3 phones when we arrived..I called and asked if they found a phone and the receptionist said she couldn’t find my name I wasn’t a guest hmmm. That’s funny! I asked to speak to the manager told him all my concerns and even feeling unsafe and my door left unlocked and my phone which was left unlocked which means they can go through my phone. Manager seemed unbothered by my concern. This honestly should be a corporate matter on all levels.. Reading past reviews I understand!!

Room had food still on the floor under bed skirt also found a couple of pills on the floor. Let cleaning crew know I needed towels and when I came back they hadn’t left any so I had to go to service desk to get some.

When we walked in, it was very clean and looked really nice. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and big our room was. The breakfast was amazing!! The front staff was very helpful anytime I called to ask a question. The ONLY little thing that wasn’t 100% was our restroom. It looked like it wasn’t swept, it looked like there was a lot of cardboard residue from it being ripped or cut up all on the floor by the toilet and sink. Other than that we were very satisfied.

The room was nice , clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staffs were professional while being welcoming and friendly. The hotel was right off the highway and had many restaurants nearby. Overall, I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and the area. I felt safe. Whenever I go back to Burleson TX , I will definitely stay there.
