The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The Lamar
The property is in the midst of renaming and a major remodel. BUT.....very low noise We really couldn't hear much at all. Our room was awesome. Everything was new and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back to stay again.

Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown
Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though
