The room was clean, the staff was okay, the gave towels for the beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was tinier than expexted and we did not get a chance to see the gym. It was closed

They location is great and have a good breakfast. The hotel is old and have a lot of wear and tear. Our AC didn’t cool down the room very well a couple things broke while we were there, but they were quick to fix them. The curtain was awful and let a lot of sunlight in the room.

I had a wonderful days staying in this hotel. It was very nice, clean, the great staff, close to everything. What impressed me most was the wonderful smell in the hotel reception. I recommend it when you go to stay in Fortaleza.

Hotel must have had a recent refurbishment which may explain why we had to change our first room due to the room key shorting all the room electrics. Our second room had loose masonry in the window sliding rails so they could not be closed (required maintenance and workers to rectify), the front door would not lock, Aircon would not work properly, bathroom sink dirty, the windows were black with dirt. We got everything almost completely rectified but gave up trying to organise anything else. Not our job to point out all the maintenance issues. Well below 4 star and nothing to acknowledge the issued we encounter.ed On the plus side, the breakfast was great, bed comfortable and free parking. One to avoid for me in the future though.

Equipe de funcionários muito prestativos. Quarto muito limpo. Café da manhã bom com potencial para melhorias nos pães frescos (francês, italiano, etc) roscas doces mais saborosas e croissant (meia lua). Estacionamento padrão que ajudou muito. Elevador estava em manutenção. Fez falta, haja visto que havia muitos hóspedes. Sugiro adaptação de janelas com vidros duplos. O barulho das pessoas no calçadão, areia da praia e dos veículos, além de músicas ao redor incomoda para de se ter uma noite tranquila de sono. Apenas outro detalhe, travesseiros firmes demais. Sugiro mais suaves e baixos. No geral, nota 8. Próximo a restaurantes, bares, lanchonetes e sorveterias. Obrigado.

O hotel é agradavel e bem localizado. O problema foi com o fluxo de hospedes para um unico elevador (outro estava em manutenção). Da mesma forma, o restaurante estava em reforma e o espaço improvisado para atendimento do café da manhã não comportou o alto fluxo de hospedes no horário de pico, faltando copos e pratos para o serviço.

O restaurante estava em reforma e o café sendo servido no 22 andar. Por dois dias dos 5 que fiquei hospedada um dos únicos 2 elevadores ficou quebrado, o fluxo de pessoas pela manhã era intenso, e ainda assim o horário do café não foi ampliado, ao pedir talheres para uma funcionária ouvi que ela iria “tentar arrumar”, mas que o café seria retirado em 10 minutos… depois de ficar quase 15 minutos esperando o elevador para subir.

Esse Hotel é ótimo mas dessa vez houve um problema sério com a alimentação ( café da manhã) da minha esposa. Ela explicou a funcionária da cozinha que era alérgica a leite e a glúten e depois do café da manhã ( apenas 03 ovos e uma batata doce) minha esposa passou mal o dia todo com náuseas e enjôo. Tive que reclamar na Gerência do hotel. Avisei que ela é alérgica desde a reserva e já tínhamos ficado no hotel no ano passado. No dia seguinte ela falou diretamente com o chefe de cozinha e aí deu tudo certo. Está faltando treinamento sobre esse alergia e contaminação alimentar aos funcionários do hotel.
