Suite Filippo is an elegant apartment located on the first floor of a villa in Forte dei Marmi, right in the city center, and just 500 meters from the beach.
The entrance to the house through a gate is shared with the guests staying on the ground floor. The access to the apartment is via a small flight of stairs inside the courtyard.
Suite Filippo boasts 2 private balconies, one of which equipped with a table and some chairs, ideal for a romantic aperitif, after a day at the beach.
Some public parking places are available along the nearby streets.

Suite Filippo is set on one single level, on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is made up of a spacious and bright open-space living area with marble floors and several windows. This area is furnished with: sofa, tv, dining table for 4 people, and a modern kitchen (with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine). From the kitchen you can directly access the balcony with table and chairs.
Following is the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (ideal for two children).
The apartment is completed by a marble bathroom with glass shower and washing machine.
