"Rooms on the 35th floor in the south tower were clean and roommy."

"We were bummed that after the pool opened at 9 am, we got there at 9:05 and every free lounger was taken. There are way too many reserved loungers. We pay plenty in resort fees…..should have more than 50 free chairs. Also, the music is too loud. Miserable thumping in the building. Our rooms were not cleaned til after 3 pm. That’s pretty late and inconvenient."

"In the middle of nowhere"

"Room was clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Family and dog friendly. Parking convenient. A renovation wouldn't hurt. But over all, we had a good time. I visited with my husband, teenage children, and my dog."

"Checked in and they told me they were cutting the water for the night so we couldn’t shower, after a long day driving a nice hot shower would have been nice but we weren’t allowed to because they shut the water off for maintenance. On top that when we got to our room, three moths were flying around and the towels were dirty. Horrible experience, and I should be reimbursed since we weren’t able to used the amenities"
