"The bed was comfortable and the room was large but it wasn’t super clean. There was hair in the shower (not ours) even after being there for several days. Housekeeping was hit and miss. You get 4 coffee pods and then have to pay $25 for every 4 more. Which is silly. When we left to get coffee we would gamble at other casinos instead of ours. Check in was a nightmare. We were instructed to use the self check in kiosks and they would not work. Took over an hour to get checked in with only one person working the front desk. The food options were not great either. The one saving grace was the pool. We rented a cabana in the adults only section and it was amazing. We were supper bummed that the shark tank was closed for maintenance but things happen… if being close to Fremont is important this location fits the bill but we will go back to the strip for our next trip."

"Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Easy to get around. Like every where else in America, they could use more help. Girls delivering drinks while we gambled or in the pool took forever with our drinks making it impossible to move around. Biggest complaint is when the closed the sky walk connected to the sphere with no warning, we had to walk the long way around in the massive heat thanks to Google maps. Would have been nice to get notice on the closure. Some poor girl missed her show at the sphere due to this and of course there is a no refund policy. Front lobby staff was excellent and very helpful."

"I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room, but it was deal breaker. Staff was helpful, check in/out was a breeze. It’s not the Ritz but overall a good value and it was a good home base for my Vegas itinerary. I would stay here again."
