"The staff was there but not very helpful. I had to do everything by phone plus I had to use the machine to get the key create to my room. No one to complain about the people next door to the left as you're facing our room 23001. They were fighting, throwing up and banging on the walls. We were not able to sleep. I bet that room was destroyed. First time staying there and might never be back"

"The prosecco welcome drink in the Prestige Lounge was an unexpected treat! Early check-in was also a nice surprise. The included continental breakfast included spinach/egg pods, sausages, hashed browns, fresh fruit salad, yogurt/granola/fruit, Belgian waffles, croissants and muffins, coffee/juices."
