The staff were kind and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was not very clean. My room was near the kitchen so it smelled like what was cooking in the kitchen. And the second day I was there, it was less clean than the first. The cleaning staff did not do a good job.

Pool closed at 6 😒, lagoon was closed 😖 nice area of tables/chairs and a small selection of table games. One chair in room, not enough for two people to watch tv!! Nice garden area behind with restaurants (Italian, gelato, coffee shop). It was 119° when we were there so didn’t spend too much time outside or walk around.

It is a good location in Lake Las Vegas, with tesla charger in parking lot. Clean room, staff friendly, and breakfast was ok when i use my room credit. i booked a lakeview room but they put me on the southside of lake that's more like looking at the drain as opposed to the actual lake. Furthermore, we are Gold Member, so the view was very disappointing to us.

Room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was a smell that came and went at times smelled like sewer gas. Dining was good and staff was great.
