"The house looks small from the outside but is actually quite big and spacious. All the rooms have AC but the master bedroom did not get cold during our stay. The pool is a little smaller than the photos make it look but just the right size for some relaxation. The deepest end is about 5ft, mentioned due to the heated discussion I had with my dad about it-- it's also good information to have. The views did not disappoint; the photos do not lie (I would argue that it's better in real time). Master bedroom bathroom had a septic smell that permeates throughout the room and we did find an almost dead but not quite centipede in the master room on the last day of the stay. There were also roaches in the yard but none, that we saw, in the house. That said, I would book here again because the neighborhood is quiet and as I mentioned: the view of the ocean is unbeatable for the privacy of a place like this. Joanna was super helpful--first meeting us at the airport, then giving a walk through of the house and where to find things/how they work. There was also the time she helped me figure out pizza delivery (notable mention is the landline for local calls in the TV room). There's an outdoor shower, washer, and lines on the side of the house to hang clothes but I don't think they've been used in a while (one broke when I used it). There was no time to explore the beaches mentioned in the listing but maybe next time."

"We stayed here for four days and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our host was very warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Views Apartment. The place was very spacious, clean, quiet, and the views were absolutely amazing. The apartment included so many thoughtful extras, like ice packs and cooler bags, which were incredibly helpful for day trips. We also really appreciated the generous number of towels provided.Our travel day was very challenging with major flight delays, and we arrived almost nine hours late, close to midnight. Shanice was still there waiting for us with a warm smile, which meant so much after such a long day. She was also very helpful ahead of time, sending us information about nearby grocery stores and attractions we were interested in visiting that very night.It’s a windy area, which makes for beautiful breezes but can get a bit cool at night. The pool was on the cooler side (speaking from someone who likes warmer water). Overall, a fantastic stay at a beautiful place, we would definitely stay again!"
