"We arrived at 7:30 pm and our room was not ready until after 8:15pm.We were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we had to wait 30 mins for the staff to clean our new room. It was a disappointing situation."

"Staff was super friendly and accessible. Room was very clean. Breakfast and evening repast was enough to fill you up and was very appetizing. We did not have to spend any money on food outside the hotel so this hotel offers a big bang for your buck. I will be staying at Drury Inn in the future. "

"Room was a very comfortable size. Aside from that we were VERY disappointed. Sticky countertops, crumbs and stains on all furniture and long hairs on the floors dampened our first impressions. Obviously I had to take the time to clean in the room before we could even unpack and relax.Brought things to cook in the microwave which did NOT work- Would not open when done and when you were able to pull open a crack it would suddenly turn back on and nuke whoever was struggling with it! Had to pull the plug and give up. In the first tower there we were so hot we had to call the maintenance person up this the AC, which he actually didn’t but what an inconvenience. They do deserve a good breakfast on the front desk staff is pleasant. I did tell of the problems we encountered and no discount was offered for inconveniences, so that was a letdown that they didn’t even try to make up for it."
