We had to pay for breakfast. Which was not on the listing. On the listing it said continental breakfast.

Just ok disappointed!

Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again .

Overall, our stay was average, with a few nice highlights and some areas that could be improved. The pool was great and very enjoyable, and the shuttle service to the beach was excellent — the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The beach itself, however, was unfortunately on the dirty side, with visible garbage under the sunbeds, which took away from the experience. Inside the room, the furnishings felt quite old and heavily used. The advertised partial sea view was very limited — we were mostly looking at a roof, and only from a certain angle could you see a small glimpse of the ocean. One of the beds was also partially covered in plastic, which felt uncomfortable and unexpected. Breakfast was another weak point for us. The selection was mostly sugary items and fatty sausages, with very few healthy options available. In summary, the hotel has some positive aspects, especially the pool and friendly service, but it would benefit from updates to the rooms, better beach maintenance, and a more balanced breakfast offering.
