"Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. "The location was great walking around old city. To make up for this the staff were brilliant. A special thanks to Khazar and Cemil. We had a visa issue so arrived 3 hours late and they resent the driver to pick us during rush hour. They also helped organise trips late the day before including private driver trip to Sheki. Breakfast was good and regularly topped up. The only recommendation would be to make the rooms a bit more modern. They are basic and functional but not four star.Thanks to all the staff at Sunday for making it a memorable trip in lovely Azerbaijan."
