"It was a very clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. And thanks to its location, we've never used a taxi or a scooter. In short, it was a great hotel in a beautiful city!"
"We had an amazing stay! We were two couples travellking together for the formula one and had joining rooms with views over the track. The rooms were newly renovated and were very comfortable.
The service was amazing and they provided us with free pickup from the airport since there were road closures that weeekend due to the hotels proximity to the track. All of the staff gave top notch service and would even drive us to where we needed to go in the old town via golf cart.

"Very clean hotel, new facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and normal use of equipment. The staff are very welcoming, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk is warm, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and the waiter is polite. The hotel is ideally located and can reach any attractions in a walk. Very worth staying, highly recommended."
"I recently stayed at Passage Hotel in Baku, and I have to say, it was a great choice. The location is perfect, right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance – restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was solid, with a decent variety of options to start the day. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay, and I’d...

"The map of the road closures and Baku Circuit traffic restrictions should be emailed to the guests in advance (even you local and licensed can driver didn't know where to drop us off) instead of being left in the room (if I'm already in the room that means we've managed to get to the hotel already). Same as the fact there was a complimentary shuttle provided from the temp reception desk to the hotel - we carried our suitcases around and across the track."
"Very good located in old city. Near to coffeehouse and restaurants. Room was clean and I didn't see anything bad in this hotel. Good options in Baku👍"
