"This was our second year spending spring break at The Grove. Overall we had a great experience, the staff was friendly & food was good, but they only gave us one roll of toilet paper for four people and when they turned over our room we were not given any additional supplies. The space heaters on the patio also we're not working and we had some very chilly wet evenings so that was a disappointment. Other than that, the pools work great and the water park was so much fun! "

"They were activities for all ages i really enjoyed the movies room my children's loved the arcade .staff was wonderful. I didn't get the chance to try out breakfast and the restaurants but next i surely will ."

"Ac worked - but was either freezing or super humid. Not much in between. First room had dirty sheets, so we moved. Second room was stuffy and bed was not comfortable. Decided not to stay the second night. Trying to get a refund, but not looking good. Front desk was friendly enough. Good luck to anyone staying here. "

Family with kids just to let you know that the WATER PARK IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE pictures that are posted are deceiving they promote this huge water park in the pictures you need to read the fine print. We also contacted Expedia about this issue and expressed our frustration,we always use Expedia to book our travels and this time I was not happy. Room cleaning is also not included. Only included when you stay 2 weeks or more any basic hotel provides room service.We had wet towels in a clear bag in the washroom for our whole stay. We had to request clean towels twice and they leave it at your door in a clear bag. Hotel is very outdated, water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE, Ac is set at one temperature thank goodness it wasn't that hot in Orlando the week we stayed. We were also woken up by other guests around 2am you can here everything every night and early morningseqning around 6:00 am if your trying to get rest while on vacation this is not the hotel for you. I recommend that they put up signs to be respectful of other guests while they sleep. Guests with there car doors open playing loud music.This is a timeshare resort if I would have known I wouldn't book this resort type hotel. I recommend that you stay with well known hotels brands. We have been to many hotels this is the worst one yet. I do not recommend this resort and will never stay at it again,very disappointed. "

"I might as well buy a little apartment here, because it's basically the only place we stay in when we go to Disney. It's 5 minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which we frequent for Dinner. Very easy to get to. We usually get a 2 bedroom, which has a King bed for the couple and another room with 2 twin beds, perfect for 2 extra guests (adult kids in our case). It also has a Queen sofabed, perfect for yet another 2 guests. It has a fully stocked kitchen, full fridge. It just feels like going to a vacation apartment. You can't beat that with a stick. The only iffy thing is that it has a $200 refundable deposit and a nightly resort fee, which has been increasing over the years. But they return the deposit as soon as you check out, and I've never had any issues. The resort fee might eventually be an issue for us, but honestly, other dingy places of less caliber have also started instituting resort fees. Orlando is getting more and more expensive!"
