"Loved the location of this resort and our huge room! We paid for the upgraded view and loved it! We had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, dining, and living room! Pools were all nicely heated except the toddler, kiddy pool at the water park… not sure if it was just broken at the time but that was a huge bummer. Didn’t love the dining options on site, that was probably the biggest downfall of the resort. But, convenient location to lots of restaurants off site! Plenty of parking! Loved all the pools! Property was super well maintained with work constantly being done. My kids loved the arcade and mini golf. Wish they had a playground! We had a great trip and would stay here again!"

"The Hotel is ok but needs some work. Our shower faucet kept running. The shower needs a good scrubbing. The bathroom door handle was broken so it kept coming off and the bathroom door would stick. The door entering the room had to be pushed hard in order for it to full lock. Called front desk about issues and maintenance said there wasn't much they could do. The light under the microwave doesn't turn off or at least couldn't find a switch so we just unplugged it. Needs better lighting in the room it was a bit dark."

"Very friendly staff and extremely clean room. The pool was great. I would recommend that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner, although they give you a little bottle, it doesn't lather the best. Other than that, it is a GREAT hotel to say at."

"Pleasantly surprised with this resort. The photos on their website does not do the property any justice. It is a little outdated but it works. We had access to the other Westgate Resorts and they were nice as well. Would recommend if you need a quick getaway that’s close to Disney parks."

"Nice size rooms clean newly remodeled seems to me to be too expensive for what it is after paying my fees for the room here I had to pay resort fee looks like at one time it was a days in or something that has been remodeled not really worth what they’re charging"

"Room was clean. Sheets were rough to sleep on but it was ok. Some mold in the tub."

"The extra stuff that you pay for that comes with staying on the property is not good they close at 7:00 at least a hour and a half of daylight left forcing you to leave the property and go somewhere else to spend your money which is the dumbest business sense I have ever seen they make you go off site and spend your money somewhere else and not spend it at their own property pretty dumb "
