"Very uncomfortable "

"So we stayed here last minute after driving all day, we were happy to find the economy stay. We were greeting by a friendly staff and promptly checked into our room. Right up front this is not a 5 star hotel but I really like the location and it was quiet for a good rest. There are no coffee machine in room but a coffee shop right next door, with donuts. "

"The pillows didn’t match. Their were yellowed. The hallway was not vacuumed daily."

"I never stayed at a hotel that didnt give any kind of service to the customer. No towels unless you return the dirty ones back to the front desk. Also only one person was working. The front desk closes at night and noone was around til 9:00 am. So if u need something you had to call the man at his home to come give you what you need. If you want to change your sheets you had to take them off the bed and bring them down to them. Insane. No room service..no repairman to fix anything that is broken. We changed our room 3times.The first room had water pouring out the bottom of the air-conditioner. Second room the toilet wouldnt flush. The bathtub fixture came off. It goes on and on. Terrible experience. "

"Great place to stay but after spending 800plus a night got there around 7pm and was told no for late check out HILTON would have given us till 1 sooo…. Beautiful view but would have to get better price and late check out to get me to come back"

"The hosts were lovely n very accommodating. They would answer u right away if u needed anything at all. The property was very clean n accurate description of property. Neighbor was quiet n nice n close to downtown fort myers . My son n his wife had a wedding n we watched our 8 month old grandson. The hosts, provided a portable playpen n highchair n the house had a small bt nice pool: We had a lovely time. "

"Apartment was very clean and new. Excellent place to stay. Will stay here again if I get the chance. Only little problem was that the washing machine broke down but thats life."
