Beau was amazing and super helpful when we checked in late. The room was very hot. It was my mistake for not checking about AC but maybe a notice in the rooms or around the hotel that fans are available. Unfortunately there was a smell that at 11pm at night we assumed to be a bad hotel smell. This smell proceeded to get worse as the night went on and by morning we were holding our breath just to use the toilet. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom. When I mentioned to reception they just told me house keeping could be in by 8am. I said we'd be checked out by then but one of them should really go and smell it. When I checked out I was told sorry for the inconvenience, again I reiterated they needed to go and find the source of the smell as when we went to collect our belongings it was getting worse. We probably won't be staying there again.

Check in was very easy staff was great. Only issue experienced was the room was very hot and we could not seem to get it to cool down even with turning the heat right down… had to open the door several times just to get comfortable

The rooms have no windows that open which makes the rooms extremely hot inside We had the fan going and it was extremely hard to get to sleep. We ended up leaving at 5am because it was not bearable to stay in the room because it was so hot. I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and he looked at me and just shrugged his shoulders. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The staff was nice and that was the only nice thing. When I first walked into my room I noticed it was cold. There was no lock on the door so that was a fun, the furnace didn’t work. It was set at 30 degrees and nothing was happing. I read the note that said if you want cold set it to 10. If you want warm set it to 20 so that’s what I did. Nothing happened. I pulled back the covers on both beds and put the blankets all on one bed so I could sleep warm. I turn on the tv and it played for 3 mins before saying no signal. The next day the front desk told me that it doesn’t work if the weather is bad. It had rained earlier that day but was not storming when I arrived or left. I understand it was cheap room but basic cleaning would be nice. The light switch for the bathroom was covered in dirt.

We had a good stay at Super 8 when we are in Fox Creek, the only concern we had is the microwave oven which they did not clean and the smells sting once you open it. Otherwise, staff and breakfast options are commendable.
