"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

"Excelente o atendimento dos colaboradores, bem solicítos, me ajudaram sanando todas as dúvidas que tive em locomoção, alimentação entre outras coisas. O hotel é bem localizado (no centro ), confortável e tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã é ótimo e com muitas opções. Recomendo ❤"

"Everything was perfect. Staff, facilities, breakfast. Stayed with our 3 kids and they loved the pools and playgrounds. The indoor playground had staff that played with the kids. 100% recommend."
