"Our room was spacious and clean, Beds are comfortable. Only disc side was the noise from other rims coming in through the bathroom vents and windows. Radiant heat and window unit AC. Shower water was tricky to get warm. But the hotel itself was clean and continently located for the event I was attending. "

"The room I stayed in was in good condition with clean blankets and towels, and a decent temperature that tended to be on the cold side. The worst thing was the women's bathroom had one of the two showers broken the whole time I was there and one of the two toilets on the floor out of order. There were 10 women in my room and at least 6 other rooms, all fully booked, so we had to share one toilet and one shower. Other than that, the facilities were OK. The kitchen was nice and there was storage for food on the shelves, fridge, and freezer. There was counter space, multiple sinks, and dishes. There was free tea/hot water and coffee, and sometimes a hot chocolate bar (I think they have that once a week). There used to be a free breakfast, but this has been discontinued as of 2026. The common areas had books and games free to use. WiFi was good and there was usually good data. There were plenty of plugs and places to work. A lot of travelers were remote-working, although I did not."

"Good room all around. Was kept warm or cool depending on the preference at the time. Very spacious and nice location. Wish that the room had a microwave, but everything else was solid aside from that. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. "

"The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work. "
