"When we arrived the room we was put in flooded due to a pipe next door busting. However the staff was nice and helped all they could to get us moved. The rooms are good and plenty of stuff in them for an extended stay. Beach access is very nice and in a good area. The outdoor showers don’t hardly work is really the only downside."

"The room was clean and the manager was friendly. The front desk staff wasn’t as welcoming but there seemed to be a language barrier which could have affected the interaction. I’d stay here again."

"Great price point, excellent view of the beach and the golf from our fourth floor balcony. Room was clean, comfortable bed, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker a small kitchen. Not crazy about tile floors, but with the sand it’s probably the best option. Nice pool overlooking the beach and the coast was very close with immediate beach access. no elevator but you enter on the second floor. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. The front desk isn’t occupied till 10 AM and closes early as well. They do have a laundry, I didn’t see an ice machine, but the refrigerator makes ice. Free parking! This place will definitely be on my radar. Should I return to Panama City again?"

"Wonderful location! It is across the street from the beach but you can see the ocean and it's literally feet from an access point that leads to a section that, in our experience was not at all crowded. Close to several different stores and shops and is in a quiet neighborhood. My teens were able to jog the neighborhood in the evenings without my having to worry. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. TVs are massive! Would definitely stay again!"
