"Very Basic hotel, no coffee in the morning, no hairdryer in the room. Minimal towels. However the staff that checked us in were super nice and friendly. Our staff was not good due to the fact that the people above us were so loud both nights. I asked for a room change on night one but they said nothing was available and they would inform the people above us to quiet down. The second night, same thing. Called the desk again. However this time they didn’t quiet down. They were loud and banging till after midnight. The hotel policy states that the first time they would get a warning and the second they would be asked to leave. People who have loud children should always be placed on the lowest floor if they don’t know how to behave. I would have been happy to have had my room changed but that wasn’t possible. Overall I would not stay at this location again because of the lack of concern by the manager that I spoke with in the morning. "

"The rooms were dated.and need a whole lot of TLC. The pool area was nasty and water foggy. You have literally nothing to do. The bar area is not too bad however there is nothing to do but steer in the bartenders face."

"Our stay was great! The house was clean and beautiful inside. Everything was very well explained and expectations were clearly laid out so there was no guessing. Communication with the owner was the best! No complaints!"

"The room was not properly cleaned and did not smell fresh. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the air and on the pillows, and the bed cover had a small burn hole from a cigarette. The hallway also appeared unclean and had an unpleasant smell. On a positive note, the bathroom was properly cleaned and in good working condition."
