I enjoyed my stay at this property! Everything was clean and the kitchen was updated. Bonus that it's pet friendly! Beds were comfortable and beach chairs and towels were available for use! We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings on the back deck. Property owner was very responsive to any questions.
The only drawback is that traffic backs up getting to the beach but that is no fault of the property owner - it's just something you have to be prepared for and plan for.
I would definitely stay here again!
Great for a small family. In a great location with beaches nearby. Large pool is wonderful and within complex. The stairs are pretty steep leading to the second floor of the home. Recommend bringing a baby gate or two if you have a toddler. There is no grill, but ample cookware in the home. Overall, very nice.
We have been visiting the Delaware seashore for 40 years, but have normally stayed in Fenwick Island. This trip, we brought our Golden Retriever and needed a dog friendly place with grassy areas for her. Bethany Beach has more rentals available, so we tried it and were very happy with this place. The Beach Boy theme really provided a comfortable feeling from a throwback era too! We didn't cook or use many dishes, but everything was available if we needed it and all appliances, (including the washer/dryer), were new and easy to use. The pool was large with saltwater, the neighborhood was quiet, and the host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dog friendly rental in Bethany!
The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and the boys really liked the bunk beds. Great location.
Amanda was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. I would definitely return!
I stayed there with my family recently, and while the house was clean, the furniture was obviously cheap and uncomfortable, and the only dining furniture was on stools, so my older grandfather could not get all the way up to sit on them. The mattresses were uncomfortable, as well. The staircase was very steep and the railing was made to be a square shape, so it wasn’t easy to hold on to. The outlets were old and the owner had to call in an electrician to replace one because it sparked and blew out the lights in one of the bedrooms while we were there. The house is also very small, and didn’t really fit our family of four that well.
